The NAPBS Annual Conference held earlier this month was an eye-opening experience. For some of us who have been around a while, it was a little jarring to be seen as “pioneers.” It wasn’t that long ago! But it was especially gratifying to see so many new faces coming into the industry. Young people eager to learn and ready to become pioneers themselves. One of the key takeaways from the conference is the value of service. Whether it is extensive knowledge, speed and timeliness, or just being nice when people phone, regardless of which industry one is in, providing great service is what sets a business apart.
